MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

Jlestakov is a young mobster extravagant even find in a small town in Russia, where local authorities are awaiting an undercover inspector from the capital of St. Petersburg. Jlestakov is confused with the undercover inspector, and also uses the situation to thereby accepting bribes from local governor and flirt with his wife and daughter. The protagonist abuses and hypocrisy corruption of local authorities until the end, the real inspector appears.
