MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

Chu Chu Ramirez is a Mexican farm worker who lives in California, with lofty ideals, who is very proud of his newly acquired American citizenship. During his free time, he tries to befriend the alcoholic Nancy. After working for a month to Mr. Ames and his frustrated wife, Chu Chu finds the paycheck Mr. Ames did not have funds. Just then a confrontation between Ames and Chu Chu, Ames is accidentally wounded by his own gun, and he and his wife decide to blame Chu Chu. Despite the support of his friends and the sympathies of the sheriff, Chu Chu is sentenced to one year in prison.
