MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

In the exotic and bustling Macau, a certain Halloran, in collusion with Lieutenant Sebastian, a local policeman, controls the game, jewelry trafficking and any criminal operation. Following the murder of the last American agent who tried to catch him moreover, the NYPD sent a substitute. In addition, there is a law that prevents international authorities intervene in the affairs of Macao, so there Halloran moves like a fish in water. In the same boat as he arrive Julie Benton, a beautiful and seductive singer, Nick Cochran, an adventurer who has trouble with the law, and Lawrence Trumble, a businessman. Halloran and Sebastian believe that Nick is the police and soon begin to haunt him. Julie, meanwhile, is hired by some extent Halloran to sing at your casino, while between her and Nick love at first sight.
