MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

One day before the inauguration of the new President, the engineer Manuel Miranda expected, along with some family and close associates, the call will confirm as Secretary of State in the cabinet of incoming president. The engineer Miranda was a minister in the government of President Lopez Mateos Adolgo, and since I left office 12 years ago, has been waiting for the chance to return to public life. These alleged 24 hours will allow the viewer to reflect on the meaning of power, the new generations and nationalism in their daily confrontation with external forces.
