MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1946 film?

Nelly is 18 and lives with his foster mom. The teenager did not stop dreaming of what will be his first dance, organized by the city of his small town. The girl writes to his mother Jenny, who lives in Stockholm, for consegescapar a nice dress. Jenny will take the opportunity to visit his daughter, accompanied by her lover Jack, a failed actor and suicidal.
