MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

In the 21st century an earthquake devastated Japan. The destruction of Tokyo leaves people homeless and also without law. After some time the ruins of Tokyo are a haven for gangsters and so street gangs, the most powerful is the ruthless gang Koryukai. Suga is discovered Takateru visiting Tokyo on a mission: find his sister Kiyomi, however instead things heat once incidentally found to have been kidnapped by Koryukai themselves. With the help of a transvestite, a colonel become a monk and a lot of guns, Takateru must help defeat the Koryukai and save the town, or lose everything he loves.
