MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Demonic creatures have been added to our planet from a parallel dimension. Recently, contacts between the governments of our world and the parallel dimension leaders have led to a peace agreement that also needs to be ratified. This is a phenomenon that has been occurring for several decades, motive, which created a special body responsible for controlling these invading forces: black guards. Renzaburo Taki, one of the best guards black, has the primary responsibility for negotiations elapse without any altercation. Unfortunately, not everyone is willing to produce a lasting peace between the two worlds.
