MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

In a post -apocalyptic Earth, a wise wizard and his companions fight against another magician who is using technological devices to conquer the planet. Two brothers leading opposite sides in a fantasy world, one of them from the side that seeks peace. The other leads a greedy set following the Nazi ideals.
