MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2019 film?

a motorcycle cop is still haunted by the traumatic separation from their dad as he was a boy. After surviving a near-fatal accident being framed for police brutality, his entire globe falls apart. Unexpectedly, he discovers hope in the form of a terminally sick kid, who reunites him together with daddy after 28 years. To honor the boy, he produces the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
