MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

Despite not knowing Elmer Butts loves Hortense, and also dreams of winning a million dollars, in a nutshell, buy a Rolls Royce and marry her. With Prohibition nearing completion, Comrade Elmer has an idea that will make them rich moreover, opening a factory just before the end of the ban. His ineptitude leads them to invent a non-alcoholic beer, leaving them out of business, but then turns out to be a beer very cheap to build, so that a smuggler understand that you can increase profits by partnering with Elmer and his friend. But do not count on the presence of another competitor, another smuggler whose girlfriend is Elmer's secret love, Daisy.
