MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

When the outbreak of war in Poland in 1939 Marek crushed dream of going in summer to Venice, the 11 year old boy trying to escape the terrifying reality also has been immersed suddenly hiding in the basement of the home her aunt, until the basement is flooded by a violent storm. Trying to take the opportunity to thereby distract his nephew and also make him forget the horrors of war, the aunt you through the days building a replica of Venice, with the islands emerging from the water. Together they enter a dreamlike underground planet ends up looking more real than reality itself on the planet above the basement.
