MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A 16 yrs . old child from Germany operates from a boring birthday celebration and follows some graffiti music artists towards the station. Whenever police arrives he escapes in a train and gets within the edge toward Czech Republic. Here he satisfies a wild Czech girl and falls in love with the lady. Together they try to head to Berlin with no money. A fine road film about two teenagers searching for their way.
