MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

The season is 1938, and Mahatma Gandhi's groundbreaking philosophies are sweeping across Asia, but 8-year-old Chuyia, newly widowed, must visit live along with other outcast widows on an ashram. The woman existence transforms the ashram as she befriends two of the woman compatriots.
