MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Story about American Indian youth and their continuing struggles with its neighbors in Binger, Montana, on the border of Canada. In an effort to raise some money, there is a festival in memory of the ancient battle that kept settlers and Indians. The meeting is to represent the struggles that took place there 100 years ago. Nobody was supposed to stay wounded, the soldiers shoot blanks ,, But four young " Blackfeet " take advantage of the presence of tourists in the area and the impact they can have to rebel against racism exists there, and somehow, will play the battle they were about to celebrate.
