MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

The year 1944 in a remote village in Umbria. It is a human being which incidentally makes every effort to, in short, get along with the entire planet, with the socialist doctor, the priest, with the Fascist Party secretary and also with Hans, the German who after passing out , that way your company left him in the care of a deposit. Despite the war, the peasant tigna leads a quiet life with his wife, his father and also his nephews.
