MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Isolde, aunt of Dolores, sends his niece in Havana $ 5000 from his home in Rio de Janeiro, so you can mount the restaurant they desire both. Dolores does not know that travel dollars hidden in the heel of dance shoes. The shoes come to Havana, but they are redeemed again and again for different items and different people, and no one knows what is hidden inside. When Dolores finds out, tries to recover at all costs, stirring throughout Havana, aided by his partner Joseph a Spanish hustler who pretends to survive and Mercedes Cuban former housekeeper, diabetic and somewhat deranged.
