MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

The death of his son leads to falling in Caco, a patriarch gypsy moreover takes refuge in alcohol and parties. But in turn is responsible for the care of Diego, paraplegic son of his brother fled abroad, for a debt of death with a gypsy family who seeks revenge.
