MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Van has spent seven years in college and, if he gets away with it, has no intention of ever graduating. Thus, it became a great party planner and earned a legendary reputation. Gwen, one student working for the college newspaper, decides to write a note about it. However, it will not be easy because not only her boyfriend disagrees, but also Van just wants to seduce her. This movie is part of the Van Wilder saga (2002, 2006, 2009).
