MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

After youth abuse by the woman step-father and eight years in a juvenile psychiatric lockup, Amanda Lear is released. Her shrink can be her lover, whom surreptitiously pays her rent on a fantastic house for a year. She moves in, takes one look at her neighbor Richard, and dispatches her medical practitioner. To cover her songs and also to start the lady seduction, she gets Richard's help with a security system. Soon she actually is bugging his calls and spying on him with concealed cameras, using a rift between Richard and his spouse that's in Nashville cutting a record. Amanda will minimize at nothing to get Richard's exclusive attention. Will this good neighbor wise up ahead of the hot spa overheats?
