MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2017 film?

After failing continually to apprehend the terrorist behind a Paris assault that advertised dozens of everyday lives, CIA representative Alice Racine is forced to call home in London as a caseworker. Her mentor unexpectedly calls the lady back to action as soon as the CIA discovers that another assault is imminent. Alice quickly learns your classified information she's uncovered has been compromised. Running for her life, she turns to a former soldier to aid her avoid a lethal biological assault in the citizens of London.
