MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

For centuries, two races have evolved, the aristocratic, sophisticated Vampires, and the barbaric Lycans ( werewolves ). Amidst this ancient conflict a vampire warrior, Selene, discovers a Lycan conspiracy to kidnap a young human doctor. She chases Michael throughout the city to avoid being caught by the werewolves. This movie is part of the Underworld saga (1985, 2003, 2006, 2009).
