MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

The Frenchman Bruno Calgagni has been jailed in the United States for drug trafficking. After being released, he returns to his country and also looking for a decent job in the hope of starting a new life. He stays at home to her father, a bitter man who also blames the death of his mother, who apparently could not stand the pain that his son would end up in jail.
