MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

An unknown people and also snowy woods, somewhere north. Alexi, the brother, is a good-hearted young moreover suffer violent seizures, but otherwise living in peace with nature. A family who lives alone in a house near a lake. It woodcutter. Alexi feel an intense affection for her younger sister, Hege. The mother is blind, but dad and brother are witnesses of this love compulsive. There comes a stranger, a young somewhat larger than Alexi.
