MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

A French teacher of Turkish origin is sent to a small village in the Crimean Tatars, in the middle of the harsh Anatolian plateau. The villagers' land is about to be seized by a wholesaler who has lent them money for an irrigation project that never saw the light of day. To avoid this threat, the teacher joins the elderly and somewhat crazy Hodja, the mayor, in helping him to carry out his insane plan to plant a vineyard on this arid land.
