MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

George, a loser with delusions of grandeur, has a lucky break when his uncle wins a TV station ruinous in a poker game. When the guy says it must also sell the station to thereby pay his gambling debts, George is quick to try to buy it, because it has managed to place with the best audiences thanks to its unique programming. But his rival rogue appears to have the same idea.
