MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Following a car accident in the Arizona desert, Bobby Cooper makes it to a small village inhabited by strange people. There he meets a pairing of a mature human being and an attractive young woman. Soon, the husband will offer to kill his wife. Little later, she proposed to kill her husband. This film is a remake of U-Turn (1973), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
