MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

The product of a genetic experiment, Julius is perfect physically and intellectually. As an adult, receives news that he has a twin brother, raised in an orphanage. This leaves the island where he was born and go after Vincent, who is the complete opposite of his brother, thief, liar and womanizer. A remake called Twins (2011) was made based on this movie.
