MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Miles is a black actor that does not succeed. One day, back home after another artistic failure, his plane threatens to crash and in a panic the next passenger confesses he is a gangster who died because the FBI believes has had cosmetic surgery. But the plane gets safely reaching land. Ashore, Miles will be pursued by the mob, so that white disguise to save his skin.
