MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

After a trauma in her past that has been repressed moreover, a young woman is trying to recover her memories with the help of a psychiatrist. During her hypnosis sessions repeats the name " Tomie " but is otherwise unable to remember his origin. Meanwhile, a police detective is investigating a series of brutal murders that have one thing in common: the name " Tomie ". This movie is part of the Tomie saga (1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2005).
