MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

After being assaulted on countless occasions, the documentarian Gabriel decides to get to the bottom of things police investigating a suspect who also works under the orders of the commander "Elvis" Quijano. Aided by Sophia, a versatile unemployed aspiring actress, Gabriel try to untangle a complicated web of corruption that goes beyond what he imagined at first.
