MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

The town of California has been embroiled in a series of grisly and gruesome crimes. The FBI agent Hamer Cheryl must find the vicious serial murderer, but all are difficulties, has neither so on with the help of the town sheriff does not want to be involved in the matter. Only Jack Barone, whose daughter was killed ten years ago in similar circumstances is predisposed to help. The murderer leaves its tracks, all his horrible crimes are successions of biblical punishment. Jack and Cheryl are getting closer to the murderer and go to a priest, Father Patrick for help. Time passes and the killings continue. Jack's friend has been kidnapped, just missing a key piece to complete the puzzle and save the next victim.
