MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Billy is a obese lawyer who does not show too many scruples to accept customers. One day, while driving back from a party with his wife, runs over an old gypsy. It dies and the lawyer is acquitted at trial. However, a curse from the victim does lose weight and disappear.
