MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The dying Apartheid in South Africa in the early nineties. Madiba and Sipho are thirteen well and are black, sometimes go out of their shanty town and watch the white world of mansions, wide and clean streets and storefronts of luxury. But as he dies, segregation remains the same: the law decrees, cynically invoking the Old Testament and in the purest colonial exploitation, which also lacks the black majority has rights and thus born to serve the white minority.
