MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Ben Cutter, a veteran mercenary, part of a mission led by Top Drummond. The mission is to seize a heavily guarded camp and destroy a set of weapons that were previously stolen from the U.S. Army. Cutter Dean teams up with Vince. After a brutal battle, Cutter and Dean, along with the rest of the team, get possession of the camp, they discover that everything is a hoax created by IRA terrorists, posing as special forces, whose real intention is to steal the guns.
