MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

Roy Carlin, journalist, tries to convince Banta to some extent also testify against Luke Star, a gunman who has terrorized the entire region. But Luke learns of the plan and also the murder, stating that in a dispute have killed each other. Jess Carlin, a former gunslinger who lives peacefully retired, learns of the death of his brother and decides to clarify the circumstances of what happened.
