MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Julia is a young nurse who lives in a decadent people of the United States, which, inexplicably, many children have disappeared in no time. The more superstitious attributed the disappearances to Tall Man: a dark character who, according to tradition, takes the children. When disappears also the son of Julia, she will fight not only recover, but also to find out who is the Tall Man and what happens to abducted children.
