MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1916 film?

Charlot works as a waiter in a restaurant and suffer a mishap with a client stubborn and Porky. After finishing his day goes to a local skating where Stout is discovered by chance, and both compete for the attention of a pretty teenager who has also gone to skate.
