MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A woman is attacked by a rat while shopping in a giant warehouse. Soon other similar rats invade all areas and begin to expand in the city of New York. The public health department is, also, that animals are carriers of a dangerous disease. Susan Costello, the manager of the warehouses where rodents were seen for the first time, and Jack Carver, an efficient exterminator hired by the city council, try to find a solution to thereby the grave danger that threatens the city.
