MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Nina Deer's life changes completely with the arrival of Dot, goddaughter of their parents. This is a deaf-mute girl who has just left an orphan. Although Nina Dot treats with disdain, her family and friends, on the contrary, they feel strangely drawn to her, and Dot soon becomes the center of attention. But Nina, convinced that Dot must have some secret to hide, decides to confess an extremely disturbing family secret.
