MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

The writer David Norliss has disappeared from his home and the last messages he has left his editor have been worrying Sanford Evans, informing him that he was at risk of death. Evans goes to the home of Norliss, but only find a large collection of cassettes numbered, and is ready to listen to the first one. In it, Norliss recounts a case that has been involved: the millionaire widow Ellen Cort has asked help because it has been hanging around his mansion to her late husband. They go to the police, but authorities disbelieve his claim. Meanwhile numerous murders occur around the mansion Cort and victims have been drained completely of blood.
