MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

A playboy company tycoon, Liu Xuan, purchases the Green Gulf, a wildlife reserve, for an ocean reclamation task, and utilizes sonar technology to get rid of the sea life in your community. Not known to him, the Green Gulf could be the home of merpeople, and also the sonar has triggered many to succumb to disease or perish. Xuan's small business ventures in the area are threatened when he crosses paths utilizing the mermaid, Shan, that is delivered to avenge her individuals.
