MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Thousands of people from refugee camps in Sudan are condemned to die of hunger. A large group, led by Isa El Mahdi, decides to get going from these fields to Europe with the sole hope that when you see them in the streets will not let them die. Throughout his tour of various countries, the fly grows up to 250,000 people on the shores of Morocco.
