MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1929 film?

Irene is a teenage lady unhappily married to a man of business too old for her. Course, is in love with a young lawyer, André, with whom he lives an adulteress affair. Both Irene and her lover know that if the whole affair husband the consequences would be horrific, so they decide to stop seeing. Irene begins to spend time with Pierre, a young man, son of the partner of her husband. What happens is that Pierre is madly in love with Irene and before the young man go, Irene will ask a favor: a kiss goodbye. Irene is granted him, but, with such bad luck that her husband is a witness to it.
