MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

A Ronald Fleury, an amazing special government agent, he was commissioned an important mission: to organize an elite group to be moved to Riyadh to capture the brain of a terrorist attack that cost the lives of several fellow. The team has one week to infiltrate and destroy a terrorist cell determined to wage " jihad " against the West. Fleury finds an unexpected ally: a captain of the local police who instructs him about the intricacies of Saudi politics and helps to investigate the real reason for the attack, which will end by finding terrorists.
