MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Amanda, on his deathbed, begs his son John also destroy all record of his last experiment, and also confesses he had a brother. At the funeral John meets Melissa, who will help with the task that he asked his mother. But Amanda home to find something they did not expect.
