MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

After spending a year in college, Steve returns to his neighborhood. Steve, star athlete, you feel on top of the world after winning the baseball championship. This has become a region of vice and perversion in addition, controlled by their former classmates. It is well aware that its future is assured: girls, money and a good place among the top 10 players in the league. But it lacks the lovely Heather Smith. To get it, you need to confront her boyfriend Todd.
