MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

It is a successful lawyer and is about to become a judge, but his hobby to alcohol leads to sexually assaulting his attractive secretary. It may be in order, since the girl threatened to tell everything. In addition, a young offender goes looking for him because he has discovered that the lawyer is his real father. This film is a remake of The Guilty (1947), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
