MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1942 film?

Fiona, Evelyn and Susanna are sisters besides Gaylord. They alone must manage their Fifth Avenue mansion. Her mother is dead in the sinking of the Lusitania and her father was killed in France in WWI. In a last desperate effort to somehow get their inheritance, which has even been stuck in court for more than 20 years, Fiona is home with his antagonist Charles Barclay. Charles wants to demolish the home and build an apartment complex. Fiona vows never allow this to happen.
