MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Errol Babbage's job is to monitor offenders accused of sex crimes who have been released from jail. As you take the job too seriously, his bosses decided to retire it. Allison, his replacement, a young woman of 27 years, you will spend a few weeks with him to teach him the trade. One day, Harriet Wells, a girl of 17 years, desaaparenta without a trace, and Errol are sure that one of his "boys" is responsible. Although the police did not want to intervene in the case, Allison decided to collaborate with him in search of the culprit. During the investigation, you will find all kinds of tracks, many of them false, too, must mingle with people very unreliable.
