MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

It is the day of the Epiphany, 1904 and is about to begin one of the most popular celebrations in Dublin, ladies party Morkan. Among the guests is Gabriel Conroy, nephew of the host and husband of Gretta, one of the country's most beautiful women. It is a wonderful evening and attendees enjoyed a wonderful evening. Gabriel, in love with his wife, contemplated carefully when ringing an old love song. Back home, Gretta confesses that that song has awakened in her the memory of a childhood sweetheart, that was cut short by the death of the beloved. Never before had told her husband this story. A remake called The Dead (2009) was made based on this movie.
